One of my favourite blogs I follow is ‘Just Thomism‘ by James Chastek (who has no idea who I am, I presume, apart from the odd comment here/there).
His field is Thomistics (the study of the thought of St. Thomas Aquinas), but his posts betray quite an impressive familiarity with a range of topics (as Thomas authored Physics, science is necessarily one of the most common). Always a good read.
Lest it be thought by anyone that I think myself clever, allow me to say that reading James and the philo-bloggers that sometimes comment there, makes me feel something like a young boy laughing at his older brothers’ jokes whilst not always being sure why. Hurray for the times I actually think I’ve got the joke.
