It’s a good letter. The problem (of course there’s a problem with it) is that while it is easy to look good compared to others, the behavior of others is not the standard by which we will be judged.
Too many of us want to say, “Well at least I’m better than they are!” Unfortunately, by God’s standard, better than the scourge of the earth is still pretty bad–certainly too bad to get a pass on Judgment Day!

Yeah, she was accused later in the comments of being self-righteous… I’m not sure she goes quite to the ‘I’m-so-much-better’ extreme, but there is a bit of a tone?
