Dale,
I just finished a great book, "Out of Control and Loving It!" by Lisa Bevere. Lisa describes a yoke as anything we carry that God never intended us to carry. The burden is too heavy and ends up oppressing and enslaving us. But, Christ wants to set us free from our self imposed yokes and give us His burden. As scripture clearly says..."My yoke is easy and My burden is light." Christ empowers us to carry the yoke He gives us!
Love You, Mom
